Eligibility Requirements

  • Valid job offer from Canadian employer
  • Positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) if required
  • Proof you will leave Canada when work permit expires
  • Proof of funds to support yourself and family
  • Not inadmissible to Canada (criminal, medical, security)
  • Medical exam (if required based on country and occupation)
  • Police clearance certificate
  • Meet job requirements (education, experience)
